How to create Effective User Manual

While I’m thinking on things that I have place on the User Manual that I was working, I get an idea of creating this post. Here is my ways on how to create an effective user manual. 1. Address the document to required personnel or group of personnel. You have to state there that the document can only read by a certain staff or department. 2. It should be simple and easy to understand. Don't include technical stuff because you making them confuse. 3. Attached more screenshots. They can follow your on what you are talking to your manual. You have to use the images of your current software and place some basic shapes to your screenshots.
